Author Life Care Plans (LCP / NLCP) and provides Qualified and Board Certified Licensed Expert Testimony in State & Federal Courts across America, offering many services, to include but not limited to, providing: consistent, valid, and reliable independent practitioner evaluations following the nursing process; forensic medical record review; summary of records; summary of independent evaluation findings; summary of past medicals itemization; evidenced based scientific nursing diagnosis (NANDA CINAHL); implementation of client-centered in-home plans of care aka ‘Rehab Day Programs’ especially for traumatic brain injury (TBI) and neurocognitive disorders (NCD DSM-5) w/re-evaluations daily, weekly, monthly, and /or every 6 months; home assessments and modification plans; survey of home health nursing support and community resource recommendations; case management; medical care coordination and referrals; education geared for legal teams, medical experts, treating doctors, and family; history; research; collaborating, educating, and consulting with treating or expert practitioners obtaining multi-disciplinary life care plan sign-off for litigation related causation and damages; expert analysis of past, current, and future common procedural medical/nursing coding assessment; reconciled lists of all injury related multi-disciplined CPT/ICD-10 diagnostic codes and post-trauma medical diagnosis; and life-long totals of items, elements, and categories of care utilizing usual customary pre-adjudicated charges, all while following multi-state governed guidelines and regulations for nursing, medicine, and litigation.
